You need a DHL Express account number to create return labels. For your international return labels you need an account number that starts with 95 or 96. For your national return labels you need an account number that starts with 19. If you do not have an account number yet, please contact your regular contact person at DHL Express.

You need a printer when you send the return label with the shipment for your customer. If you do not send the return label with the shipment but separately via e-mail, you do not need a printer.

No, you only need to book 1 courier pick-up for multiple shipments in 1 day. When creating your first shipment, MyDHL+ will ask if you want to book a courier. By choosing Yes – Book a courier here, you create a courier booking for the collection of all your shipments on that day.

In MyDHL+ it is possible to change a booked courier pick-up, provided the pick-up specified by you has not yet expired. If you are unable to change a pick-up in MyDHL+, please contact Customer Service on 088 – 055 2000. You can also cancel a courier pick-up that you have booked. To do this, go to Manage Shipments > My Pickups in MyDHL+.

You can only create shipments in MyDHL+ if you have a printer to print shipping labels and documents. The DHL Express courier who collects the shipment from you needs the shipping label and other documents. DHL Express couriers have no pre-printed waybills and no printer in the vehicles.

Yes, you can save your frequently used shipment details in My Shipments settings. You can also speed up the creation of a shipment by setting how you want to create a shipment. To do this, go to My Profile > Manage MyDHL+. Click on 'Your shipment creation process' and choose from the following 2 options:

Yes, that's possible. In MyDHL+ go to My shipment settings > Packaging settings and click on Add my own packaging. Enter the weight and dimensions of your own packaging(s) and click on 'Save'. This way you can easily use it again and again.
