If the agreed delivery time doesn’t work for you, you can easily reschedule. Select option 2 in our menu: 'Track shipment or schedule new delivery.'

Choose option 2 to reach the right department if you have an ongoing case with us
If you’re already in contact with us about a shipment and have an open case, choose option 2, ‘Track shipment or schedule new delivery.’ Enter your 10-digit tracking number, and you’ll be connected to the department handling your query.

If your question doesn’t fit into our menu options, select option 5: 'Other questions.'
