Do you want to be sure that your shipment has been delivered? Then you can receive a proactive confirmation from DHL by e-mail, telephone, fax or SMS. This service is available for DHL EXPRESS 9:00 AM.
Proof of delivery
DHL's Electronic Proof of Delivery allows you to view online shipment details as well as the image of the recipients' signatures. Flexibility and convenience for you as a customer because you no longer have to contact our customer service and because you can view, download, e-mail or print the proof of delivery within one hour of delivery of your shipment. ePOD is available for shipments to all destinations worldwide. The electronic signature is available for shipments to more than 150 countries. The ePOD can be consulted via the free online tracking tool DHL ProView.
If a DHL shipment cannot be delivered to your customer unexpectedly, the shipment can be held free of charge for up to seven calendar days.
