Can I have invoices for shipments sent to the recipients instead of to my own customer number?

As a DHL customer with a DHL customer number, you can indicate to whom the shipment should be invoiced when you create your shipments in DHL Online Shipping. You can have the invoice sent to your own customer number, or if you are authorized to do so, to the customer number of the recipient or a third party.

If you send without a DHL customer number, this is unfortunately not possible.

Can more than one person register with the same DHL customer number?

Yes, as long as multiple users with a DHL customer number are authorized to ship, multiple users can register.
