When you send valuable documents such as passports, visas or certificates, DHL Express offers you the option of Extended Liability.
This additional service is an extension of DHL Express' standard liability. View the current Extended Liability rate in the Service Guide.
Extended liability is available for DHL Express Envelope (document shipments up to 300 grams) to all destinations worldwide. In addition, Extended Liability is available for document shipments with a delivery time before the end of the working day to and from destinations outside the European Union.
