Faqs CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL A BOOKED COURIER PICK-UP?

In MyDHL+ it is possible to change a booked courier pick-up, provided the pick-up specified by you has not yet expired. If you are unable to change a pick-up in MyDHL+, please contact Customer Service on 088 – 055 2000. You can also cancel a courier pick-up that you have booked. To do this, go to Manage Shipments > My Pickups in MyDHL+.
